Jinghang “Jin” Martin began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker in 2015 and, within four years, earned recognition among the top 1% of agents nationwide. She later founded Advanced Real Estate Agency to create the client-centered, highly personalized practice she believed was missing from the traditional national-franchise model.
As both a licensed real estate broker and mortgage broker, Jin offers an integrated approach to the entire transaction—from the initial property search and negotiations through financing and final closing. This continuity is especially valuable to international buyers, reducing handoffs, simplifying communication, and helping transactions move forward efficiently.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese, Jin brings a distinctly international perspective to her work. Her studies took her from Shanghai to Osaka and ultimately to Los Angeles, where she settled and built her real estate career. She holds an MBA and serves as the responsible broker for Advanced Real Estate Agency.

Joseph Martin has been active in real estate since 2014. He began his career with a local family office, where he closed more than $100 million in commercial transactions before turning thirty. He later founded Advanced Real Estate Agency and has continued building his practice primarily through referrals.
By maintaining a focused client roster, Joseph provides highly personalized, full-service representation throughout the commercial real estate process. His experience includes property identification, acquisition negotiations and closings, strategic site selection, landlord and tenant representation, and the evaluation of NNN and other investment opportunities aligned with each client’s operational, portfolio, and tax-planning objectives.
